Dr. Necat Kaplan was born in Siirt in 1976. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Siirt.
He began his medical education at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. In 2000, he started his general surgery specialization training at Ankara Training and Research Hospital, completing his specialization in 2005 and becoming a General Surgery Specialist.
After completing his specialization, he worked as a specialist doctor in various state and private hospitals in Siirt, Yalova, Bursa, and Istanbul. Throughout his professional life, he participated in numerous training courses, seminars, symposiums, and congresses held both domestically and internationally.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Necat Kaplan sees his patients at Kadıköy Medicana Hospital.
He is married and has two children.
