Op.Dr.Necat Kaplan was born in Siirt in 1976 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
Dr. Necat Kaplan started his medical education at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1992.
He started his general surgery specialization training at Ankara Training and Research Hospital in 2000 and completed his specialization in 2005 and became a General Surgery Specialist. After completing his specialization in 2005, he worked as a specialist doctor in public and private hospitals in Siirt, Yalova, Bursa and Istanbul.
He has received training and gained experience in obesity and metabolic surgery, Advanced laparoscopic surgery and Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal system surgery.
